The project consisted of an approximate 4,000 SF renovation to Tom Wood Collision Center in Indianapolis, IN.
The Exterior Scope of Work being performed by Gibson Commercial Construction included building demolition, parking area improvements, painting of the structure, façade modifications, sidewalk and concrete paving installation.
The Interior Scope of Work includes demolition of existing offices, new masonry exterior walls, installation of overhead doors, man doors painting of structure, installation of lift pit, trench drains, and radiant tube heaters.
