We have performed multiple projects at Indiana Automotive Fasteners located in Greenfield, Indiana. Many of the projects include rework and revision to the existing facility.
Team Leader – Modular Office:
- Design & Build a 3,120 SF modular office building inside the production area for a Team Leader Area.
OQ#7 Pits:
- Design & Build project for (2) large reinforced concrete pits for an oil quench process line. Construction was performed inside the operating facility for over a two-month period.
Part Former Foundations:
- Design & Build (3) large reinforced concrete foundations for owner provided equipment, inside the operating facility.
Restroom/Breakroom Remodels:
- Include refreshing multiple restrooms and breakroom within the production area. Included new finishes, partitions, and accessories.
QC Office Remodel:
- The scope of work was a refresh of the Quality Control office which included new ceilings, finishes, sliding doors, and the installation of a dust collection system and isolated foundation.
