The project consisted of the renovation of an existing 4-story 24,000 SF office building in downtown Crawfordsville, Indiana.
The interior renovation scope included demolition down to the shell and new framing, drywall, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, doors and hardware, and specialty items. The bank located on the first floor of the building remained open during the duration of the project.
