On June 6, 2012 the first Indianapolis location for DiBella’s Old
Fashioned Submarines, based in Rochester, NY, held its Grand Opening. The space is located at Traders Point II on 86th Street in Indianapolis.

Gibson Commercial Construction has completed a new 4,000 square foot DiBella’s Old Fashioned Submarines located at 910 West 10th Street at The Avenue.  The facility officially opened on October 23rd.

Gibson Commercial Construction has completed a new 3,400 square foot DiBella’s Old Fashioned Submarines located at The Shoppes at River’s Edge, 4335 E. 82nd Street.  The Grand Opening for DiBella’s third Indianapolis location was held on November 7th.

Gibson Commercial Construction has been awarded the Phase III final facility at Promenade Self Storage in Lafayette, IN.  The facility will be complete by the end of December 2012.

Gibson Commercial Construction has been awarded the contract for approximately 15,000 SF of new offices for Endress + Hauser Flowtec AG located at 2330 Endress Place in Greenwood.

The Camellia Cosmetics project is complete at Eddy Street and the owner’s are planning a Grand Opening the week of August 16th.
