The newest DiBella’s Old Fashioned Submarines opened its doors to the public on May 9th!  The new facility is located at 265 Calhoun Street in Cincinnati, Ohio, on the University of Cincinnati campus.  Gibson Commercial Construction completed construction of the new facility at the end of April.

Gibson Commercial Construction has commenced construction on a new Pei Wei Asian Diner in Tulsa, OK.  Pei Wei is a sister company to P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, so enjoy the same great food, but in a “fast casual” dining atmosphere.  The new location is scheduled to open in early October.

Gibson Commercial Construction is currently working on truck dock renovations for Frontier Paper & Packaging at its new location on Executive Drive in Indianapolis.  The modifications are scheduled for completion at the end of September for Frontier Paper’s relocation to the new 160,000 square foot facility.

Two additional DiBella’s Old Fashioned Submarines are underway with completion approaching quickly.  A store located in Mason, OH will be ready to roll at the end of September with another new store located in Bingham Farms, MI scheduled for completion in late October.  Gibson Commercial Construction has commenced construction on both facilities.

The newest Pei Wei Asian Diner recently opened in Tulsa, Oklahoma…Grand Opening was October 7th for the new facility.  The store is located at 10005 S. Memorial Drive, Suite 10 in Tulsa.  Gibson Commercial Construction completed construction of the new facility at the end of September.

Another DiBella’s Old Fashioned Submarines recently opened in Mason, Ohio. The store, located at 9333 S. Mason-Montgomery Road, held its Grand Opening on October 10th. Gibson Commercial Construction completed construction of the Mason, Ohio facility at the end of September.

Gibson Commercial Construction also just turned over another new DiBella’s Old Fashioned Submarines in Bingham Farms, MI. The facility is located at 30752 Telegraph Road and will hold its Grand Opening on November 6th.

Gibson Commercial Construction recently completed a new DiBella’s Old Fashioned Submarines located at 15093 Hall Road in Shelby Township, Michigan.  The Grand Opening is December 5th, 2013.  Congratulations to DiBella’s on another great location!

Gibson Commercial Construction recently completed 15,000 SF of new offices for Endress + Hauser Flowtec AG in Greenwood, IN.  The project encompassed a facility addition of approximately 90,000 SF.  GCC also performed the exterior “Shell Package, Metal Wall Panel” phase of the project for the owner.

Gibson Commercial Construction has just completed a new DiBella’s Old Fashioned Submarines located at Kilmer Plaza in Troy, MI.

Gibson Commercial Construction was recently awarded the turnkey build-out contract for a new Supercuts facility located in Avon, IN.
