The drive-up self storage units are ready to rent at the Extra Space Storage in Euclid, Ohio. The (9) new buildings offer non-climate controlled storage to the existing climate controlled storage options. This 26,000 SF development took advantage of an under-utilized parking area at the location of a storage conversion project previously completed by Gibson Commercial Construction.

A new entrance vestibule is taking shape at Tom Wood Nissan along East 96^th Street in Indianapolis. This vestibule will feature several of Nissan’s branding features and help provide a weather break for those inside. The vestibule addition is part of the rebranding scope which gives the entire store a fresh look.

The new exterior storage units are now available for lease in Cleveland. This project transformed an underutilized parking lot into approximately 8,800SF of non-climate controlled storage. This project included new automatic gates, site lighting, fencing, paving, and landscaping in preparation for these new portable units. This project adds drive up storage options to the existing climate controlled units offered at this facility.

The exterior buildings are going up in Euclid, OH for Extra Space Storage. The (9) new buildings will offer drive up storage in the parking lot of the existing climate controlled storage building.  Although northern Ohio winters can be brutal, the crews have made significant headway on this project so far.

Demolition has begun at the former Tom Wood Powersports Indy along 96^th Street.  This remodel will provide a fresh look to the remaining structure and provide functional workspace for the future tenant. Keep tabs on this project as the transformation continues to take shape.

Gibson Commercial Construction recently completed the buildout for the new Bureau of Motor Vehicles in Lafayette,  Indiana. This nearly 13,000 SF new location in the Market Square Shopping Center increases the number of work stations and provides training space for employees. This branch offers a Connect Center which allows Hoosiers around the clock access to the BMV Connect kiosks, which can complete routine transactions and helps avoid the wait.

The exterior expansion to the Extra Space Storage in Euclid, Ohio has reached a milestone. The building slabs are complete, the asphalt binder is down and conduits are ran. A short break from this project as we await the arrival of the building package to take this project vertical.
