Gibson Commercial Construction recently started a 300,000 SF demolition project as part of a multi-phase development for Copart, Inc. The facility is located in central Florida and the overall development is scheduled for completion in 2013. Copart is based in California with locations throughout the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. |

Gibson Commercial also completed a Party City expansion and renovation at this facility, turned over in February. The retail center is owned and operated by Kite Realty Group located in Indianapolis, IN. |
