A new location for Crunch Fitness is coming to Noblesville, Indiana. Gibson Commercial Construction has been selected for an interior buildout for this new fitness center. The approximate 30,000 SF space located inside a former supermarket will offer amenities including the following: cardio equipment, strength training, group fitness, cycling, sauna, locker rooms and tanning. Follow along as we work towards our fitness goals.

The exterior work is nearing completion in Westlake ahead of winter weather. The storage units have been constructed on the interior and the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems have been roughed in. The exterior doors and windows will be installed in the coming weeks as this project hits the home stretch.

The new entrance vestibule is complete at Tom Wood Nissan along East 96^th Street in Indianapolis. Fresh signage has been installed and the exterior paint job has been finalized. These exterior improvements compliment the interior rebranding that was previously executed.

Gibson Commercial Construction recently turned over an annex building for Tom Wood Subaru. The newly vacated building required a full remodel, partial building demolition, buildout, and site improvements as part of the project. The renovated space comes in at just over 6,000 square feet and allows expanded capacity for the service and detailing department, as well as much needed lot space for the Subaru dealership. Take a look at the transformed space and spruced up exterior appearance along 96^th Street.

Slabs are in place, masonry walls are nearing completion and the roof deck is starting to be installed at the new storage facility in Westlake, OH. This project, at completion, will offer climate controlled self storage, RV and boat storage options to the community.
